    Miami Herald: Bully Glorifies Bullying

A Miami judge might be waiting to see Bully to determine if it glorifies bullying, but the Miami Herald isn't standing on such principal. In the lede of their newstory today about the case reporter Bridget Carey writes "Is a video game that glorifies bullying suitable for Florida teenagers? A circuit court judge in Miami-Dade County hopes to figure that out this afternoon."

The article goes on to recount the arguments in the case and quote attorney Jack Thompson, failing to mention some of his more colorful anti-Reno legal proceedings.

The story wraps up by quoting Yanier Gonzalez, of Destructoid, who "said he saw the game being played at the Electronic Entertainment Expo."

That's weird, because Rockstar wasn't at E3 and Bully certainly wasn't there.
